雪菜也被稱為雪裡紅,是經由日曬再以鹽巴揉搓而成的芥菜🥬🥬

湯葉,則是日文漢字,日文平假名寫成ゆば,念作yuba,指的是「豆皮」💛
雪菜的滋味搭配上湯葉,並且加入毛豆🟢讓口感更豐富,便造就了這道「雪菜湯葉」。
同時使用了昆布以及味霖來提升鮮味🤗🤗,點綴的鮮紅辣椒末,讓整道菜看起來更加誘人美味,雖然有加辣椒但不會太辣,怕辣的人也可以吃喔😜

料理方式超方便👍👍
只要拆開包裝放入電鍋,外鍋加半杯水等加熱完畢
